for Health, Vitality & Wellbeing

3-6 June 2022 with Hedwig Bakker

Qi Gong (pronounced chi kung) is an ancient Chinese practice of gentle movement, breathing exercises, standing postures and meditation to work skillfully with your life force energy, with the internal power that animates all physical functions, your emotions and your mind.

Becoming expert at working with your own internal energy gives you the resources to have choices and to manifest the kind of day, and the kind of life that you want to have.

Regular Qi Gong practice has many physical, emotional, and mental benefits such as: better health, increased vitality, less stress-more relaxation, balanced emotions & nervous system, feeling energized & inspired, calm & clarity of mind, connection with nature & with others, finding meaning & purpose.

Qi Gong is easy to learn and enjoyable to do. The movements are slow, flowing, rhythmic, accessible, and practical. Even after a short amount of practice, you can already feel the benefits.
