Labour Weekend

Qi Gong (pronounced chi kung) is an ancient Chinese practice of gentle movement, breathing exercises, standing postures and meditation to work skillfully with your life force energy, with the internal power that animates all physical functions, your emotions, and your mind.

Becoming expert at working with your own internal energy gives you the resources to have choices and to manifest the kind of day, and the kind of life that you want to have.
