This weekend retreat offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to the practice of Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara), the embodiment of universal compassion in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Held in a supportive and inclusive environment, it is open to anyone interested in cultivating a more open heart and a calmer, clearer mind—regardless of background or belief.
Guided by Venerable Thubten Khadro, you will explore how compassion can become a practical and transformative force in everyday life. Rather than something abstract, compassion is approached as a skill that can be developed—helping you relate to challenges, emotions, and relationships with greater balance, warmth, and understanding.
