FPMT In-Depth Meditation Training FPMT In-Depth Meditation Training (IDMT) is a four-year online course that is

• developed in response to Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s wish for students to gain lamrim realizations

• based on the lamrim with a focus on bodhicitta

• offering weekly guided meditations, combined with in-depth lectures and meditation training

• aimed at students with a thorough understanding of the Dharma, intent on deepening their practice
